ASPROFOS supports all procurement activities of a project according to the customers’ needs. More specifically, procurement services include the preparation of proposed Bidders Lists for new Requisitions, with all the accompanying documents and the preparation and issue of Requests for Quotation documents for new equipment, materials and sub-contracted work. These RFQs are based on the respective Bidders List already issued by ASPROFOS and officially approved by the customer. During the bidding and technical assessment phase, ASPROFOS integrates the issuing of clarifying communication, does the follow-up of Inquiries and develops and releases a monthly Inquiry Status Report and a monthly Progress Report.
Following the winning bidder's selection, ASPROFOS prepares the essential paperwork for the placement of Purchase Orders (POs), as well as the issuance of relevant Letters of Intent. If additional requirements or changes after the placement of PO are needed, a formal change order is issued.
