Quality

ASPROFOS is the first Engineering firm in Greece that has established a Quality Management System (QMS) which follows and satisfies the provisions of the international standard ISO-9001:2008.

The QMS is certified (LRQA certificate no 360294) with the following Scope:

  • Provision of Process Design, Engineering, Project Management, Procurement, Construction Management, Construction Supervision and General Contracting Services to Industrial Installations, Refinery and Petrochemical Industries.
  • Provision of Project Management, Construction Management, Construction Supervision and General Contracting Services to Infrastructure Projects.

Quality Policy

It is the Quality Policy of ASPROFOS to:

  • MAINTAIN a quality environment through the continual improvement of its processes and the supplied products and services.
  • OFFER services and products, which respect quality requirements, abide to the laws and to the contracting obligations that the company has undertaken and finally enhance customer satisfaction.
  • ACCURATELY DETERMINE, maintain and continually develop an effective Quality Management System that satisfies the requirements of ISO 9001.
  • ESTABLISH objectives, deploy them within the organization, review them at planned intervals and proceed with corrective actions as appropriate.
  • CERTIFY that all its personnel are well trained to know, maintain, and develop the company’s policies and goals for Quality and contribute to the achievement of its objectives.
  • PROVIDE a suitable work environment for the continuous improvement of its human resources.

In order to fulfill these requirements the Company has established a Quality Management System, which incorporates the Company’s principles, procedures and objectives on respecting the policy and quality according to ISO 9001:2008.

These principles and procedures refer to all activities relating to Project Management and Services of Engineering, Procurement and Construction for refinery, petrochemical, chemical and industrial installations, fuel pipelines, energy transport, and environmental engineering as well as for infrastructure projects.
