PROJECT SYNOPSIS

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The purpose of the revamp of U-2200, was the up-grading of the dehexanizer & debutanizer section for the improvement of the naphtha separation efficiency, and the minimization of the C+ and heavier components losses to sour gas at the debutanizer section, through a “recontacting” scheme.

ASPROFOS SERVICES

  • Basic design (process) services relevant to the remaining Unit downstream the de-hexanizer section, including minor modifications at the de-butanizer section as well.
  • Basic design services relevant to the utilities of the Unit (flare, HP steam and condensate) and de-bottle-necking of U-5100
  • Project management and Project Control services
  • Detailed engineering services
  • Procurement / Subcontracting and Inspection/Expediting services
  • On site during the construction and shut – down phase ASPROFOS supplied construction supervision, planning and support to construction supervision services at the Aspropyrgos Refinery.
