Fuel Oil Circuit for Refinery Boilers and Heaters

Project Synopsis::

Project called for replacement of obsolete facilities with new equipment which included one crude storage tank, one crude circulation pump, three supply pumps to the furnaces and boiler, two pre-heating heat exchangers, two oppressing filters and two suction filters, along with the required piping, instrumentation and electrical equipment auxiliary items. The new circuit was designed for a capacity of 160100 Kg/h of  No3 Heavy Fuel Oil, feeding the furnaces and the boilers at a temperature of 100 ⁰C.
