PROJECT SYNOPSIS
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The purpose of the revamping was to produce a 101.5 RON clear reformate for a processing capacity of 165 m3/h of Naphtha feed, with a continuous catalyst regeneration and circulation section. The Unit is located in the HEL.PE Refinery in Aspropyrgos.
The Basic Design was performed by AXENS. Technip was involved in the project as a subcontractor for ASPROFOS for the execution of the Front End Engineering (FEED).
ASPROFOS SERVICES
The scope includes the complete detail engineering for the realization of the revamping of the Unit-3300 CCR reformer, based on the process Data Books issued by AXENS. During the duration of the Project A.F. provides the following Services:
- Project Management – Q.A. Plan, collaboration with HEL.PE
- Project Engineering – Develop EFD’s, Equipment list, Line List, Tie in List, Erection Requisition, General Engineering Co-ordination
- Project Control – Engineering & Procurement Schedule, Follow-Up, monthly progress reporting, Cost Estimating.
- Process – Process Data Books review, EFD’s review, Utilities Header Sizing, Critical Lines Checking, Operating Manuals, Support to Engineering.
- Detailed Engineering and Drafting – Civil, Electrical, Instrument, Machinery, Piping, Stress Analysis, Technological.
- Procurement – Vendors Lists, Inquiry Documents, Purchase Orders, Inspection & Expediting.
- On site during the construction and shut – down phase ASPROFOS supplied construction supervision, planning and support to construction supervision services at the Aspropyrgos Refinery.
