Scope of work:
Asprofos participates in a consortium which undertook the technical support of the General Secretariat for Development in the monitoring of energy related actions of the CSF-III Operational Program for Competitiveness. The work involves:
- design and organization of the program’s actions and projects;
- preparation of accurate project sheets;
- continuous monitoring of the actions’ and projects’ progress, with periodic reporting to the Ministry;
- development and operation of an appropriate IT system;
- ad hoc technical and scientific advice to the Ministry and the Secretary General;
- development of an effective mechanism for the control, assessment and acceptance of the projects, during implementation and upon completion.
