Annual Business Plan, Organization and Tender Assistance
Scope of work:
EKO Natural Gas is an affiliate of the EKO-ELDA oil marketing company, with the purpose of marketing natural gas to households and small commercial consumers in the Attica area. The work involved:
- Revision of the tentative 10-year Business Plan of the newly-founded company;
- Preparation of a detailed business plan for the company’s first year of operation, based on realistic assumptions, with forecasts of sales, income, costs and cashflows on a monthly basis;
- Advice on the organizational structure of the company
Assistance in a tender for the selection of qualified collaborating partners among gas equipment suppliers, so as to offer package deals to clients.
